Pricing Overview

At Warehouse Direct Prep, we are dedicated to delivering transparent and cost-effective solutions for both FBA and FBM sellers. Below, you’ll find our most common services and associated fees. Please note that final prices may vary based on specific product requirements, volume, and any additional customization requests.

FBA Prep Services

1. Receiving & Inspection

  • Pallet Receiving: $30 per pallet
    • Includes unloading, item count verification, and basic inspection.

2. Labeling & Bundling

  • FNSKU & Shipping Label: $0.55 per unit
  • Only Shipping Label: $5 per unit (for items needing only a shipping label)
  • Pack of 2: $0.15 per unit
  • Pack of 3: $0.30 per unit
  • Pack of 4: $0.45 per unit
  • Custom Bundling/Kitting: $1.00 per unit (for specialized or non-standard bundles)

3. Protective Packaging

  • Polybag: $0.25 per unit
  • New Box: $3.00 per box (for products requiring a new box)

4. Returns & Special Handling

  • Amazon Return: $1.00 per returned unit (inspection and re-bagging/re-boxing as needed)

FBM Fulfillment Services

Our FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) services cover picking, packing, and shipping your orders directly to customers. Pricing is structured per order, with separate packaging fees.

1. Order Packing & Handling

  • Pack of 1: $1.25 per order
  • Pack of 2: $1.75 per order
  • Pack of 3: $2.25 per order
  • Each Additional Unit (above 3): +$0.50 per unit

2. Packaging Options

  • Bubble Envelope (10″ x 10″ x 2″): $0.30
  • Small Box (7″ x 7″ x 6″): $0.35
  • Medium Box (11″ x 8″ x 6″): $0.75
  • Large Box (12″ x 12″ x 6″): $1.10
  • XL Box (12″ x 12″ x 10″): $2.20
  • XXL Box (18″ x 18″ x 20″): $2.80

Storage

  • $20 per “Block” (30 cubic feet / half pallet)
    • Free for the First 4 Weeks – Ideal for new product launches or seasonal surges
    • Includes secure, climate-controlled storage with continuous monitoring
